We provide state-of-the-art renewable energy systems using the Investment-Free Model that focuses on high performance with the Shared Savings scheme. By leveraging deep technical expertise and robust infrastructure, we meet the dynamic needs of Indonesia's energy landscape.
IForte will procure the system, install it, and assist for any necessary licenses and permits and handle all operation and maintenance services.
Client’s saving (whether direct or indirect) due to the system will be divided in different proportions between IForte and clients
Guaranteed to achieve 85% of target energy values within 3 years. Client will be reimbursed the difference between actual and 85% of the simulated energy value in the years that the system does not achieve the 85% level.
Client will pay on a monthly basis, based on the hourly rental rate and used hours per month. The rate will be adjusted only when PLN adjust its tariff.
Rental period:
15 to 25 years
Yearly Extensions:
After end of rental period, Client can choose to extend on a yearly basis with higher client savings. IForte will keep doing the O&M for Client during the extension period.

Insurance
Throughout the Entire Rental Period.
Corrective Maintenance
Based on damages that occur outside the preventive maintenance schedule.
Licensing
Issuance of all necessary licenses to ensure the installed system complies with applicable standards and regulations.
Training
iForte Energi will provide training to the client’s technical team to enable them to monitor the system and understand its operation.
Monitoring & Reporting
Continuous system monitoring 24/7.
Warrantly Management
All costs, including the replacement of damaged components, will be covered by iForte. iForte will also be responsible for replacing items still under the manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty and extending the warranty if applicable.
Preventative Maintenance
Regular visits to site to check the performance of the system and test all components to prevent any possible fauilures is free of charge.
